Role Overview
HCLTech is looking to hire an MDM professional with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA. This role is based in Chennai and involves supporting master data operations across Salesforce and SAP environments.

Experience and Availability
Experience required: 4 to 9 years
Notice period: Up to 30 days
Shift requirement: Candidate must be open to working in US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine master data updates, entry, and maintenance for customer, contact, material, and pricing records in Salesforce and SAP, including SAP MDG and ERP.
- Protect the integrity of the master data repository by identifying duplicates early and resolving conflicts between records across systems.
- Apply internal data standards, validation checks, and compliance rules while creating or changing records.
- Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to keep data aligned with changing business needs.
- Spot process delays and recommend automation ideas to improve customer onboarding and product launch workflows.
- Deliver training to commercial teams on correct data practices in Salesforce and SAP.
- Prepare and revise SOPs, data dictionaries, and user training documents.
