Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated, well-presented, and personable individuals to join our Matchday Security team. In this role, you will be crucial in guaranteeing the safety and well-being of all guests at Selhurst Park, delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude. You will represent the club's front line, enhancing the matchday experience for fans and be part of the club's thrilling environment during Premier League and FA Cup fixtures.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend all designated Premier League matches and additional FA Cup games as scheduled.
• Manage safe entry and comfort for all stadium attendees.
• Detect, report, and communicate any incidents or risks to supervisory staff promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and positive atmosphere consistent with club standards.
• Maintain professional attire and impeccable personal grooming at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to and promote the club’s policies, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunities.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge (mandatory).
• Possession of NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety is advantageous.
• Exhibit a friendly, patient, and courteous demeanor toward all visitors.
• Demonstrate maturity with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Accurate, attentive, and diligent in all responsibilities.
• Understand procedures for body searches and relevant regulations.
• Experience working in a football stadium environment or similar spectator events is preferred.
