Job Overview

YQ Business Assurance Private Limited invites applications for the position of MSME ZED Facilitator, operating as a field marketing associate dedicated to promoting MSME ZED certifications across various districts in India. The role primarily involves on-field visits to manufacturing industries within the applicant's own district or nearby areas.

Role Details

• Government approved agency: YQ Business Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is an empaneled MSME ZED auditing agency operating Pan-India.
• Work is location-specific to your district; no central office attendance is required.
• Daily reporting of field visits through a dedicated communication group is mandatory.
• Facilitators are provided with official government-approved certificates and identification cards to enable field activities.
• Complete training is provided; however, facilitators are expected to independently handle their leads.

Remuneration and Targets

• Minimum certification target: 20 certifications per month (approximately one per day).
• Fixed monthly salary of ₹40,000, inclusive of travel allowances (TA & DA), upon achieving the target.
• If targets are not achieved, a guaranteed fixed remuneration of ₹15,000 per month will be paid.
• An extra incentive of ₹2,500 is awarded for each certification exceeding the 20 certification monthly goal.
