About the Role
This position sits at the crossroads of marketing, visual design, and brand execution. The ideal candidate is highly creative, attentive to detail, and confident working with design software. You will help shape and maintain a consistent brand presence across multiple marketing channels while supporting day-to-day campaign delivery and broader marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create polished marketing assets such as social media visuals, email layouts, presentations, brochures, digital advertisements, and event materials.
- Safeguard brand integrity by applying visual standards consistently across internal and external communications.
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver multi-channel campaigns and turn strategy into effective creative output.
- Own design projects from initial concept through final delivery, coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors when needed.
- Help build and update brand guides, style references, and reusable templates.
- Support marketing calendars, timelines, and asset organization so deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Track evolving design styles and trends, and bring new creative ideas to the team.
- Contribute ideas and creative direction for campaigns and brand-focused initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a marketing, design, or creative coordination position.
- Comfort using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and/or Canva Pro.
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color use, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Background supporting marketing execution and cross-functional campaign work.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to handle several projects and deadlines at once.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to both give and receive creative input constructively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to motion design or basic video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
- Working knowledge of marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar systems.
- Understanding of basic web design concepts or experience with CMS platforms.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of branding and design projects.
Physical Requirements
- The role involves extended periods of sitting or standing at a workstation while working on monitor(s).
- Some tasks may require lifting items up to 30 pounds.
- There may be occasions when work extends beyond regular hours, including overtime.
