ജോലി വിവരണം
About the Company
Custom Surgical helps eye care professionals work faster and more accurately by combining digital tools and AI to support diagnosis and improve eye health worldwide. The company is a compact, ambitious team working where hardware meets software, and each person is expected to own meaningful outcomes that reach operating rooms across the globe.
Role Overview
The Marketing Analyst will take charge of the campaigns, content, and operational processes that increase Custom Surgical's visibility and support pipeline growth. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will also guide and oversee the junior Marketing Analyst while managing execution across digital, events, and content initiatives.
This is a practical, high-ownership position. The expectation is not just to assist, but to plan, execute, improve, and independently manage marketing work. The role may involve optimizing Google Ads for a product launch, coordinating logistics for ophthalmology conferences, or preparing content for a surgical audience. It is best suited to someone who enjoys owning the full marketing stack and wants to see direct impact on leads and revenue.
Campaigns and Paid Media
- Design and run digital campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, aimed at surgeons, residents, and clinical decision-makers.
- Measure results, test variations, and improve campaigns toward pipeline goals such as leads, MQLs, and cost per acquisition.
- Create segmented email programs and automated nurture sequences in HubSpot.
Content and SEO
- Execute the content calendar across blogs, case studies, surgical video captions, surgeon testimonials, and product landing pages.
- Own on-page SEO work and help shape keyword strategy as well as technical improvements that strengthen search performance.
- Prepare briefs and review content created by Kevin or external contributors, ensuring strong quality and consistent brand voice.
Events and Conference Support
- Handle marketing logistics for international ophthalmology congresses such as ESCRS, DOC, SICSSO, AAO, and similar events, including materials, shipping, booth assets, and lead capture setup.
- Provide on-site assistance at major events when required.
- Run post-event follow-up workflows in HubSpot.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and summarize weekly and monthly performance across channels, including traffic, leads, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Maintain dashboards and raise issues or opportunities to the Head of Growth.
- Support sales and marketing alignment by keeping HubSpot pipeline data accurate and actionable.
Team Coordination
- Handle day-to-day coordination with Kevin, including clear briefs and review of deliverables.
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to align messaging with commercial goals.
- Partner with Product to turn technical features into marketing-ready messaging and content.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, medtech, healthtech, or another technical product environment.
- Practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns; Google Ads is mandatory, while Meta and/or LinkedIn are a plus.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation tool.
- Strong English skills at C1 level; additional languages are advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing several priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Must be based in Munich.
- Preferred experience includes marketing to healthcare professionals or working in a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with SEO platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent tools is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating events or congress marketing is also preferred.
Benefits
- Full ownership from the start, with responsibility for campaigns and projects rather than simple support tasks.
- A lean, international environment where results are visible and impact is measurable.
- Direct exposure to medtech, including clinical content, surgical audiences, and global congresses.
- Flexible working arrangements with home office options.
- Wellpass or Deutschlandticket.
- A high-autonomy culture with minimal bureaucracy, quick decisions, and direct feedback.
Work Style
The team values people who take initiative, identify problems early, and solve them without waiting to be asked. Direct feedback is part of everyday collaboration, and the company is young, international, and fast-moving. If you thrive in a setting built on ownership and speed, this environment may be a strong fit.
