Manufacturing Technician 3

Role Overview

This position involves performing a broad range of manufacturing tasks, collaborating closely with engineering teams on setup and calibration activities, and engaging in rework and quality assurance testing for parts, components, subassemblies, and final product assemblies. The role includes utilizing advanced software to collect and analyze operational data, enabling real-time adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. The technician will also help develop and refine manufacturing methods and procedures, as well as assist engineers in experimental trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of NITEC or Higher NITEC in Engineering.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to interpret schematic and mechanical drawings effectively.
• Experience in Orbital Welding and/or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Open to entry-level applicants.
• Capable of working on a 3-4 / 4-3 shift schedule.
• Required work attire includes wearing a full jumpsuit with a mask.
