Job description
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Team Member is responsible for carrying out production tasks in line with health, safety, operational, and quality guidelines to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all quality standards and procedures diligently.
- Strictly comply with established work instructions and operational protocols.
- Operate manufacturing equipment as required.
- Perform thorough inspections of components to ensure quality.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
- Complete all production-related documentation accurately and timely.
- Meet or exceed production targets consistently.
- Maintain exemplary housekeeping standards throughout the workspace.
- Support company initiatives related to safety and quality improvement programs.
- Ensure continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all activities and documentation.
- Apply learnings from GMP training sessions effectively in daily work.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to meet evolving organizational and departmental needs.
Job Requirements
- Possession of Leaving Certificate is mandatory.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments is essential.
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is preferred.
- Background in Quality, Quality Control, or Metrology is considered an advantage.
Skills and Attributes
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates flexibility, commitment, and a results-driven approach.
- Good numerical aptitude for production tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
