Manufacturing Team Member

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Team Member is responsible for carrying out production tasks in line with health, safety, operational, and quality guidelines to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all quality standards and procedures diligently.
• Strictly comply with established work instructions and operational protocols.
• Operate manufacturing equipment as required.
• Perform thorough inspections of components to ensure quality.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
• Complete all production-related documentation accurately and timely.
• Meet or exceed production targets consistently.
• Maintain exemplary housekeeping standards throughout the workspace.
• Support company initiatives related to safety and quality improvement programs.
• Ensure continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all activities and documentation.
• Apply learnings from GMP training sessions effectively in daily work.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned to meet evolving organizational and departmental needs.

Job Requirements

• Possession of Leaving Certificate is mandatory.
• Prior experience in manufacturing environments is essential.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is preferred.
• Background in Quality, Quality Control, or Metrology is considered an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
