Overview
Take charge of developing, implementing, and expanding leadership development and learning initiatives across the organization to ensure a future-ready workforce and enhance company performance. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR to create aligned development programs, succession planning, and learning experiences reflecting the company’s priorities and leadership values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop leadership development strategies and pathways for emerging to senior leaders, converting business objectives into actionable learning plans.
- Incorporate essential leadership skills such as strategic thinking, change management, growth mindset, executional excellence, and emotional intelligence into programs and talent processes.
- Oversee adoption of tools like 360-degree assessments and AI-driven coaching to foster leader growth and awareness.
- Design and lead engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences, including workshops, cohort sessions, peer learning, and coaching.
- Manage the full curriculum lifecycle of enterprise-wide talent development initiatives.
- Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into leadership pathways and learning sessions to promote equitable and innovative team cultures.
- Partner with subject matter experts, external vendors, and HR business partners to co-create solutions, manage budgets, timelines, and communications.
- Establish and analyze success metrics such as participation, net promoter score, learning transfer, and organizational impact to continuously improve programs.
- Leverage proven learning models including 70-20-10, social learning, and digital journeys to advance critical capabilities and drive a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering leadership development and enterprise learning programs with measurable results.
- Strong consulting and partnership skills to align learning initiatives with key performance indicators and talent objectives like pipeline strength and readiness.
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructional design frameworks (ADDIE or SAM), evaluation methods (Kirkpatrick), and learning analytics.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a reputation for building trust across all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of DEI with the ability to coach leaders on inclusive behaviors and develop diverse talent.
- Exceptional project and program management capabilities, adaptability in ambiguous environments, along with a continuous improvement mindset.
Performance Metrics
- Successful delivery of the leadership learning roadmap and achievement of key milestones annually.
- High quality and uptake indicated by participation numbers, learner satisfaction, and reinforcement by managers.
- Effective learning transfer demonstrated by behavioral changes in role, leadership readiness, internal mobility, and engagement indicators.
- Strong collaboration across functions and maximization of vendor contributions.

Additional Information
The position is full time and onsite in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The annual base salary ranges from 96000 to 141000 Canadian dollars plus eligibility for an annual short-term incentive. Salary offers will be influenced by the candidate’s skills, experience, education, and job-specific knowledge. Part-time compensation would be prorated accordingly.
