This position is designed for someone who wants to connect operational workflows with modern technology. In this role, you will collaborate with operations, data, and AI specialists to automate business processes, improve efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives across the finance sector while deepening your understanding of the domain.

Core responsibilities

• Work with data and AI teams to automate and simplify complete operational workflows such as order capture, settlement, reconciliations, and portfolio and ledger updates.
• Spot process inefficiencies and help design scalable, technology-led improvements.
• Serve as the bridge between operations teams and developers by converting business needs into practical automated workflows.

Learning and exposure

• Build a strong understanding of back-office operations and the full business lifecycle across different products.
• Gain practical exposure to modern AI tools and large language models, including Claude and DeepSeek, along with newer concepts such as agentic AI for building automation and smart alerts.
• Work in cross-functional squads using tools such as Figma, Cursor, and Supabase to create and launch solutions.

Candidate profile

• You should hold a STEM degree from a reputed university.
• You must have a strong interest in fintech, automation, and AI-led transformation.
• You should be analytical, inquisitive, and motivated to learn how AI can enhance traditional operations.
• You need to communicate clearly and confidently, and be comfortable working independently in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
• You should be open to short-term overseas assignments.
