Key Duties
- Oversee duty management processes including processing refunds and ensuring accurate cost allocations to respective cost centers and general ledger accounts.
- Manage the Bayan booking procedures encompassing the creation of purchase requisitions and orders, booking, and tracking of SADAD payments.
- Allocate material costs appropriately and support organizational meetings through preparation and presentation assistance.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures.
- Handle departmental data management including collection, maintaining updated files, and updating visual management tools such as graphs to track KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with BRF's Sustainability Policy and actively support the Sustainability Plan, promoting adherence to global ESG standards within daily activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
