Logistics Specialist

Role Overview

The Logistics Specialist will manage daily logistics activities, ensuring adequate inventory levels and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments related to car retrofits, upgrades, and parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare items for shipment including packing, invoicing, and creating shipping documentation
• Fulfill orders based on detailed technical specifications for car upgrades and retrofits
• Manage customer returns and conduct Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) testing
• Monitor inventory and initiate restocking as needed
• Coordinate with courier services for shipments
• Receive deliveries, verifying their quality and quantity accuracy
• Collaborate closely with logistics team members and other departments globally

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar logistics role is advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Demonstrated strong work ethics and capacity to operate independently
• Basic technical understanding with eagerness to learn about company products
