About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Listing Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to oversee and update property listings across various real estate platforms, CRM systems, and marketing outlets. The candidate will ensure listings are accurate, compliant with local regulations, and published on time while collaborating with sales agents, marketing, and administration.
Key Duties
- Create, keep current, and manage property listings on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Upload professional photographs, videos, floor plans, and detailed descriptions.
- Verify details including pricing, availability, and ownership documentation prior to listing publication.
- Ensure compliance with ADREC/DLD and portal-specific standards.
- Track listing effectiveness and promptly update, renew, or remove expired entries.
- Communicate with sales agents to gather comprehensive property data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company’s CRM system.
- Generate listing performance reports and provide ongoing updates to management.
- Work with marketing teams on promotions and featured listings.
- Manage listing approvals, conduct quality control, and organize documentation.
- Identify and remove duplicate listings to maintain clean data.
- Support various administrative duties related to property inventory management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years’ experience as a Listing Coordinator in the UAE real estate industry.
- Proficient with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM platforms.
- Adequate understanding of ADREC or Dubai real estate regulations is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to handle multiple assignments under pressure effectively.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs such as PropSpace, Bitrix24, BrokerPad, or Salesforce.
- Basic skills in Canva or Photoshop are a plus.
