Line Technician - Tetra Pak A3 Speed Production Line, Dairy & Beverage

Position Overview

We are recruiting experienced Line Technicians with practical knowledge in operating and maintaining Tetra Pak A3 Speed production lines within the dairy and beverage sectors. The role is based in Bhopal, MP and applicants from across India who are willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.

Experience and Qualification

Candidates should have at least three years of relevant professional experience. Educational background must include a diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.

Production Line Exposure

• Operation and upkeep of Tetra Pak A3 Speed lines
• Handling dairy and juice filling lines
• Managing aseptic and SIG filling lines
• Working with beverage filling systems

Machinery and Systems Familiarity

• Tetra Pak A3 Speed fillers and cap applicators
• Straw applicators and conveyor systems
• Cleaning In Place (CIP) systems, homogenizers, pasteurizers
• Ultra High Temperature (UHT) plants and separators
• Shrink wrappers, carton packers, robotic palletizers
• Air compressors, boilers, chillers
• Automation via PLC and SCADA platforms

Key Skills

• Expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Capability with instrumentation
• Skillful in breakdown and preventive maintenance practices
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and 5S methodologies
• Proficiency in production line changeovers
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and root cause analysis
