About the Role

We are in search of a vigilant, professional Lifeguard dedicated to maintaining a secure and pleasant atmosphere for guests enjoying our beach and pool areas. This role is essential in safeguarding patrons and enhancing their recreational experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the beach, swimming pool, and related water zones to ensure guest safety.
• Swiftly respond to water-related emergencies with rescue operations and first aid aid as needed.
• Uphold safety protocols and regulations based on the resort's established policies.
• Regularly inspect lifesaving equipment, first aid resources, and safety notices to maintain readiness.
• Keep the pool and beach areas orderly, clean, and hazard-free.
• Deliver high-quality guest interaction by addressing queries and assisting guests courteously.
• Document and report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Engage actively in safety drills, training sessions, and briefings to stay prepared for emergencies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of valid Lifeguard certification from a recognized authority.
• Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and use of AED devices.
• Between one to two years of practical lifeguarding experience, ideally with exposure to hotels, resorts, water parks, or beach environments.
• Proven proficiency in swimming and rescue techniques.
• Strong observational acumen, communication skills, and ability to interact with others effectively.
• Capability to maintain composure and make quick decisions during emergencies.
• Availability to work on flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Background in luxury hospitality settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with water safety laws and emergency response protocols.
• A customer-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for delivering excellent hospitality services.
