About the Role

The Municipal District of Greenview No. 16, located in Grande Cache, Alberta, is seeking candidates for the position of Lifeguard 1 within its Recreation Services department. The role primarily involves the supervision of the Aquatic Centre to ensure patron safety and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of aquatic areas. The lifeguard is directly responsible for overseeing the safety of both patrons and aquatic staff in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising patrons and aquatic staff to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within all aquatic areas.
• Enforcing municipal aquatic policies and procedures at all times.
• Reporting to the Aquatic Supervisor and collaborating on aquatic centre operations.
