Role Overview
The Liaison Officer serves as a vital intermediary linking various stakeholders such as departments, companies, and government agencies to guarantee efficient communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate coordination between the company and government entities.
- Engage in continuous communication with officials and external organizations.
- Manage the process for obtaining permissions, approvals, licenses, and all necessary documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on pending government applications and official matters to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a bridge between different internal departments to streamline efforts.
- Keep thorough records and manage official correspondence within the company.
- Conduct visits to government offices as necessary for document submissions or meetings.
- Address and resolve any communication obstacles or procedural challenges encountered.
- Ensure all documents are accurately prepared and submitted within deadlines.
Additional Information
