Role Overview

Take charge of the leasing department to optimize property occupancy rates, meet leasing objectives, and improve tenant satisfaction by implementing effective leasing strategies tailored to company goals.

Key Duties

• Create and execute comprehensive leasing plans aimed at attracting and maintaining top-tier tenants.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with potential tenants, current occupants, and essential stakeholders.
• Lead lease negotiation processes ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal compliance.
• Track leasing metrics, analyze market developments, and assess competitor movements while preparing insightful reports and actionable advice.
• Maintain precise leasing documentation, manage CRM inputs, and oversee operational reporting to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with property management, marketing, and maintenance teams to ensure exemplary tenant services.
• Promote ongoing enhancements in leasing workflows and operational productivity.
• Manage timely rental payment follow-ups and efficiently handle lease renewals and occupancy tracking.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a closely related discipline.
• At least eight years of experience within leasing or real estate sectors, including a minimum of two years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• In-depth expertise in lease operations, contract discussions, and property management practices.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in steering teams to meet leasing benchmarks.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in reporting.
