Job Overview
This position focuses primarily on qualifying potential business leads and arranging meetings rather than direct sales. The role involves working with diverse lead sources and industries, ideally suited for candidates with backgrounds in IT, Software, SaaS, or Digital Marketing. Growth prospects exist within Sales Operations and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely receipt and management of leads from various marketing and sales sources including company website, WhatsApp, social media, Google and Meta ads, IndiaMART, Justdial, referrals, calls, and emails.
- Systematic recording of all lead details within the CRM system.
- Gathering comprehensive lead data such as contact person's name, business name and category, phone number, email, location, business needs, budget, and urgency level.
- Analyzing customer requirements to classify leads accurately by product or service category.
- Applying defined business criteria to qualify leads effectively.
- Organizing meetings between qualified leads and relevant subject matter experts or sales consultants.
- Coordinating with both parties to finalize appointments including date, time, and communication medium.
- Tracking lead responses including follow-ups for no-shows, reschedules, cancellations, and completed meetings.
- Maintaining daily updates in the CRM to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Providing regular status reports of lead qualifications and meeting outcomes to sales teams and management on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the lead qualification workflow to enhance conversion rates.
Employment and Compensation
This is a non-target based role offering a monthly salary range between INR 10,000 and 20,000.
Eligibility & Preferred Background
Preference is extended to applicants with experience or education related to Information Technology, Software, SaaS platforms, or Digital Marketing sectors. Candidates should have an aptitude for managing multiple lead sources and business categories efficiently.
