Role Overview

As a trained female security officer at G4S, you will play an integral role in safeguarding various properties including construction sites, legal premises, retail areas, warehouses, financial institutions, and industrial facilities. Your duties encompass conducting patrols on foot or by vehicle, controlling access to secure zones, protecting assets and individuals, reacting to emergencies, and continuous monitoring through surveillance systems.

Primary Duties

• Safeguard buildings, assets, and confidential information.
• Submit comprehensive daily reports to the Supervisor in compliance with protocols.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedural guidelines.
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations consistently.
• Operate and supervise electronic security apparatus.
• Manage ingress and egress of people, materials, and vehicles effectively.
• Perform vigilant foot patrols to detect hazardous situations affecting property or personnel safety.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure vehicle security and identify unauthorized access.
• Prepare detailed incident and inspection reports as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education level: completion of 10th grade.
• Height requirement: at least 5 feet 7 inches for men and 5 feet for women.
• Age range: 18-35 years for fresh candidates, up to 40 years for experienced security personnel.
• Must be physically fit, medically sound, and possess a mature appearance.
