Role Overview

As a vital member of our kitchen team serving both the restaurant and banquet operations through all service hours, you will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a core part of the kitchen team in restaurant and banquet settings during all operating hours.
• Thoroughly wash kitchenware and crockery adhering to high cleanliness standards.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely following prescribed procedures.
• Keep kitchen areas and food outlets within the resort impeccably clean.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in storerooms at all times.
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety protocols continually.
• Manage efficient operations of the loading bay, including handling deliveries and waste disposal.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule covering varied shifts during the week.
• Reliable transportation is highly recommended as shifts may vary; parking facilities are provided.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments is preferred.
• Physical ability to safely lift items weighing up to 10 kilograms.
