- Helping ensure food is delivered to guests in the wagamama style.
What we’re looking for
- A genuine desire to create excellent experiences for others.
- Interest in fresh food and an appreciation that the kitchens do not use microwaves or heat lamps.
- Comfort working in an energetic, busy environment with strong organisation and attention to detail.
- A positive outlook and a commitment to an inclusive workplace where people can grow through support and training.
Rewards and benefits
- Pay every two weeks, plus a share of tips.
- Flexible working hours that can fit around other commitments.
- Complimentary food during shifts, with 50% off food outside of work for friends and family.
- Fresh, clean uniform supplied for each shift.
- Access to wellness benefits through Kintsugi, including cycle-to-work, discounted gym, and leisure options.
- Early access to new menu launches.
- Invitations to wagamama celebrations held during the year, including VIP guests.
- Recognition through the Love Above the Door legend programme.
