Join Caterspoint Futuristic Foods as a Kitchen Helper and collaborate with an energetic culinary team. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and organize food ingredients and support kitchen operations effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in Mise Planning by preparing ingredients based on recipes and specifications.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, fruits, vegetables, and workstations to maintain hygiene standards.
• Understand and implement inventory management techniques such as FIFO (First In, First Out), FEFO (First Expiry, First Out), and MRD (Minimum Reorder Date).
• Develop knowledge of recipes and food products to contribute accurately to food preparation.
• Perform additional kitchen tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Strictly follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15000 and 18000 INR.
