Position Details

This role is a fixed-term contract covering parental leave until approximately December 31, 2027, based at our emergency call center in Dresden.

Responsibilities

  • Receive comprehensive training to ensure a smooth and effective start.
  • Manage and update contract documentation thoroughly.
  • Process and verify both incoming and outgoing invoices accurately.
  • Maintain and assure the quality of master data.
  • Organize and systematize data and document storage effectively.
  • Support and refine administrative workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure efficient operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Initial relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a crafts or trades company.
  • Proficient written and spoken German language skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, organized, and forward-thinking work manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Meticulous and responsible approach to work, along with flexibility.
