Junior Social Media Manager

About the Role

Join our vibrant marketing agency as a Junior Social Media Manager and contribute to building compelling brands for our clients. This role involves creating monthly content plans, managing social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and occasionally YouTube Shorts, and collaborating closely with our graphic design and copywriting teams. You will be developing concepts for short-form videos, monitoring trends, uploading and scheduling content, and tracking performance using analytics tools.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• The position offers an hourly pay of 2,500 HUF.
• Primarily seeking students, though applications from others are welcome.
• Location is our office in Budapest’s Ráday Street, with the possibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
• This is mainly a part-time position with working hours between 4 to 6 hours daily.
• Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft monthly content plans for clients.
• Communicate briefs to graphic designers and copywriters.
• Manage various social media platforms effectively.
• Develop creative concepts for short video formats.
• Monitor emerging trends and brainstorm with the creative team.
• Upload and schedule content timely.
• Analyze and report social media performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Active daily user of TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Proficient in English at a higher education level; knowledge of German or Slovak is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with sensitivity to trends.
• Strong copywriting skills with impeccable grammar.
• Basic understanding of marketing and content strategy.
• Interest in video content creation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate social media accounts or ownership of personal channels.

Performance Metrics
