Candidate Profile
- Minimum of six months sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS settings.
- Demonstrates natural curiosity and excels at persuading others in a friendly, reliable, and well-organized manner.
- Highly persistent and solution-focused, enduring beyond initial setbacks.
- Comfortable with phone communication, possesses excellent written skills, and projects professionalism.
- Strong ambition for personal and professional development within a motivated team.
- Native or near-native command of English (C2 level in both spoken and written).
Compensation and Benefits
- Highly competitive earning potential with an on-target earnings range of €42,800 to €56,100, based on a 70% base salary and 30% variable commission model.
