We are looking for a Junior Project Manager eager to advance a career in technology project delivery. This role offers a chance to work alongside experienced professionals, coordinating projects from inception through delivery and handover.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in managing infrastructure, cloud, and managed services initiatives.
• Help in planning, scheduling, project reporting, and documentation maintenance.
• Coordinate activities between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and issues.
• Generate status updates, document meeting outcomes, and manage communications.
• Ensure completed projects transition seamlessly into operational support.
• Identify and escalate project risks, dependencies, and challenges as necessary.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Learn and apply AC3’s delivery frameworks and engage in ongoing process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years’ professional experience in project management, coordination, or administration.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
• Skilled in preparing project documentation and tracking progress reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Motivation to pursue a long-term career in project management.

Additional Advantages

• Experience in Managed Service Providers or Systems Integrators environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Background supporting enterprise or government clients.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile.
• Relevant academic qualifications or industry certifications.
