PAAM97 Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Junior Lithium Ion Battery Engineer to work at their warehouse located in Delhi Badarpur. Job Responsibilities

• Assemble lithium-ion battery packs with care and accuracy.
• Perform spot welding and nickel strip welding operations.
• Connect Battery Management System (BMS) wiring and conduct battery testing.
• Conduct cell matching processes and inspect battery packs for quality assurance.
• Handle battery charging, packaging, and perform quality checks.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates with ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech degrees in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical engineering are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of lithium-ion batteries is advantageous.
• Strong willingness to learn new skills and work meticulously.
• Attributes such as honesty, punctuality, and responsibility are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹22,000, dependent on skills and performance.
