Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior IT Analyst to join our IT team on a part-time basis. This role suits recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience aiming to grow in IT operations, security, and cloud infrastructure. As the front-line contact for Tier 1 IT support, you will be pivotal in resolving employee technical issues, managing user accounts, supporting company devices, and maintaining vital systems. Responsibilities
