Role overview

This position is designed for a junior engineer who wants to grow quickly through hands-on work, close mentorship, and real product ownership over time. You will contribute to the frontend codebase, strengthen core engineering foundations, and collaborate with senior teammates to build reliable product experiences.

The compensation mentioned for this role is €60K–€75K and it includes equity.

What you will do

• Help design, build, and maintain frontend features in React while learning how to keep the architecture scalable, tidy, and efficient.
• Produce code that is clean and testable, with support from senior engineers as you build speed and confidence.
• Assist with external integrations used for A/B testing and feature flagging, working under guidance from more experienced team members.
• Work with backend and product teams to turn product ideas into technical implementation and learn from cross-functional collaboration.
• Use AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot as part of the everyday workflow.

What you should bring

• At least 2 years of experience with React and TypeScript, gained through employment, internships, bootcamps, or personal projects.
• A willingness to expand into backend technologies such as NestJS to support full-stack collaboration.
• An interest in writing maintainable, well-tested code and learning performance optimization practices.
• A good eye for interface quality and an eagerness to build polished, user-friendly designs.
• Any exposure to React Native is considered an advantage.
