Overview
An established property group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Junior Contract Administrator to support the delivery of premium hotel and mixed-use developments. The business is recognised for its design-focused, quality-driven approach and has a growing portfolio of hospitality projects moving through planning and delivery. This opportunity is well suited to an early-career contract administrator who wants to build capability in a busy construction and property environment.
In this role, you will contribute to the commercial and contractual side of multiple projects while working alongside a collaborative team. It offers exposure to sophisticated, multi-party developments and the chance to progress your career within an expanding organisation.

Key duties
- Support the management of head contracts and subcontract agreements across several projects
- Assist with preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontract work packages
- Help process progress claims, variation claims, extensions of time, and final account close-outs
- Contribute to project cost control, budget monitoring, and financial reporting
- Assist with procurement tasks and the engagement of trades and suppliers
- Support tender activity and contract award recommendations
- Keep project finance records, documentation, and reports accurate and up to date
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to help keep projects moving
What you’ll need
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a contract administration or similar position
- Exposure to, or interest in, commercial, hotel, mixed-use, or large-scale residential projects
- Basic knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Strong planning and organisational ability with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced setting
- A qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred
