Junior Architect Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Junior Architect who thrives in client-facing roles. The candidate will be responsible for crafting innovative designs and confidently conducting client presentations, ensuring functional and visually pleasing interior design solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, including mood boards, layouts, and material selections.
• Create design drawings spanning conceptual, schematic, and detailed stages.
• Conduct site evaluations and plan spaces tailored to project specifics.
• Stay informed on the latest trends, materials, and industry advancements.
• Lead client presentations, articulating design ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Understand and translate client requirements into comprehensive design briefs.
• Communicate design rationale, selected materials, and project timelines effectively.
• Manage client expectations and incorporate feedback accordingly.

Technical and Professional Skills

• Proficient with 2D design tools and software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with VRay, Blender, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint.
• Good grasp of materials, finishes, modular construction, and ergonomic considerations.
• Capability to interpret and produce working drawings.
• Familiarity with advanced rendering engines such as VRay, Lumion, or Unreal Engine.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Between 6 months to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior client-facing experience with the ability to deliver effective design presentations is essential.
