Job Overview

• Both part-time and full-time roles available
• Compensation: $15 per hour
• Payment is processed weekly

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaners and powered equipment properly to prevent damage
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting areas, hallways, and entrances
• Dispose of trash appropriately, including using compactors when necessary
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate materials
• Perform spot carpet cleaning and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper and sanitary supplies regularly
• Adhere to scheduled housekeeping tasks
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers when required
• Fulfill any other duties aligned with customer and job requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months experience in janitorial work
• Training on the job will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Experience

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience desirable
• Understanding of custodial practices and standards in commercial settings
• Knowledge of floor care including buffing and waxing
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facility maintenance
