Role Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems including Windows, Linux, VMware environments, storage solutions, and backup infrastructure.
• Plan, deploy, and maintain Windows servers and client machines, as well as cloud platforms such as M365, Azure, and AWS.
• Conduct hardware and software troubleshooting and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare and supervise maintenance activities to ensure system reliability.
• Perform system analyses, plan and initiate investment measures, and oversee IT projects.
• Monitor service deliveries, perform billing tasks, and develop operational documentation, guidelines, and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Informatics or Business Informatics, or equivalent vocational qualification with several years of professional experience.
• Extensive expertise in cloud administration and designing secure, resilient cloud infrastructures.
• Experience with migrating on-premise systems to cloud providers.
• Specialized knowledge in storage/backups and firewall and security solutions.
• Strong communication skills paired with reliability.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in professional consulting.
