Position Objective

Main Responsibilities
- Handle IT hotline requests via phone in both German and English, ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide first-level support by receiving incidents and service requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or directly at employee workstations, including installation of new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in efficiently using applications during their daily work routines.
- Identify potential improvements and actively contribute to ongoing enhancements of processes and infrastructure.
- Manage smaller projects within the service desk scope, such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardization efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training as IT specialist in system integration or equivalent technical qualification with further IT-related education.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer support.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
