Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user questions, technical issues, and service inquiries promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems involving hardware and software.
- Install, set up, and maintain computers, networks, and peripheral devices.
- Offer technical assistance both remotely and on-site as needed.
- Record and monitor reported user issues and their solutions.
- Advise users on best practices and IT usage guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with IT teams to roll out updates and enhancements.
- Support procurement and configuration of IT equipment.
