IT Intern

Role Overview

We represent a partner company of Haystack currently seeking an IT Intern. This role involves designing and executing tailored software solutions either in-house or at client locations, offering IT advice, training, and technical assistance to users, and managing key infrastructure elements like system integration and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy customized software tailored to customer needs within the organization or on-site at clients.
• Deliver IT consulting services, conduct training sessions, and provide user support to facilitate seamless system usage.
• Oversee integration of systems and handle database administration to maintain critical IT frameworks.
• Conduct testing, refinement, and continuous enhancement of existing software applications.
• Create intuitive and efficient user interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Select and assemble appropriate hardware and software to establish robust, scalable IT infrastructures.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a secondary school leaving certificate such as Mittlere Reife or equivalent qualifications like (fach) Hochschulreife.
• Showcase a strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for projects-based assignments.
• Demonstrate excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills essential for problem-solving.
• Have a good command of English along with strong soft skills to effectively communicate and collaborate.
• Possess a solid understanding of computer systems and their practical applications.
