Role Overview

As an IT Compliance Specialist reporting to the Manager of Cybersecurity and Compliance, you will help implement, sustain, design, and oversee the organization's IT compliance program, which includes frameworks like ITGC, SOC2, and ISO 27001. You will also contribute to project and risk evaluation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing and maintaining compliance programs, performing risk assessments, designing internal controls, and testing them
• Collaborate with process owners to ensure internal controls are effectively implemented and risk is managed
• Maintain detailed records such as narratives, control descriptions, testing outcomes, and compensatory procedures for RCM documentation
• Support certification processes, coordinate with external auditors to sustain ITGC compliance, and manage remediation plans
• Contribute to special projects like risk assessments, system integrations, automation, and ad hoc reporting
• Assist with SOC2 and ISO 27001 program preparation and execution

Candidate Profile

• Holds certifications in internal audit such as CIA, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
• Possesses over three years of experience in auditing or internal controls, preferably in public companies or Big Four firms
• Demonstrates strong familiarity with ITGC (including SOX), SOC2, and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
• Excellent communication capabilities

Work Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Location: Pittsburgh, with in-office work Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays
