About the Role
We are seeking a diligent Inventory Executive (Stock Checker) to join Fair Ford Pharmaceuticals at our Delhi-NCR location. This role is vital to ensuring precise inventory management and error-free dispatch processes that prevent financial losses and customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100% verification of every invoice before dispatch.
- Ensure exact matching of product, batch number, and quantity with the invoice.
- Withdraw and confirm correct stock before packing.
- Guarantee that each carton contains items exactly as per the invoice records.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of the contents in each carton.
- Prevent any excess or shortages in stock during dispatch.
- Re-examine every carton before the final dispatch step.
- Immediately report any discrepancies related to batch, quantity, or stock to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate inventory to protect the company from stock losses.
- Apply FIFO/FEFO methods for stock checking and dispatch.
- Demonstrate patience, focus, and precision throughout all tasks.
- Take full accountability for the accuracy of all checked invoices and cartons.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 100% invoice verification coverage.
- Zero batch mismatches.
- No shortages or excess during dispatch.
- Complete accuracy in carton packing verification.
- Minimal inventory errors.
- Timely reporting of stock-related issues.

Important Note
As the final checkpoint in the company's stock management, any slight error—whether incorrect batches, wrong quantities, surplus or shortages—can lead to financial damage, customer dissatisfaction, and significant inventory discrepancies. Hence, this role prioritizes accuracy over speed.
