Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role

Civil & Interior Co., based in Mumbai, is seeking a committed Project Manager dedicated to overseeing the complete site execution of interior projects. This individual will independently manage site activities, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The candidate must be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling site responsibilities autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations according to project drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with labor teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely work delivery and progress.
• Take precise site measurements and communicate them to design and office teams.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries alongside the procurement department.
• Maintain communication with building management, PMC teams, and consultants for necessary permissions and updates.
• Keep clients informed on the work status and progression.
• Work closely with internal departments including design, procurement, and billing to ensure smooth processes.
• Guarantee timely project execution while enforcing quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain comprehensive daily reports, documentation, and photographic evidence of site activities.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively with minimal supervision.
• Ensure safety standards, site cleanliness, and discipline are upheld throughout the project.

Skills and Requirements

• Diploma in Interior Designing is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical site experience within residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD basics, Excel, WhatsApp, and document management.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
• Capability to multitask and perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Trustworthiness, dedication, and commitment towards meeting project deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

Additional Information

• Salary offered ranges between ₹21,000 and ₹27,000 per month.
• Working schedule includes six days per week with one weekly day off.
• Position requires full-time on-site presence in Mumbai.
