Interior Site Execution Engineer

About the Role

M/s Space Designs seeks a meticulous Interior Site Execution Engineer to oversee residential and commercial interior projects. The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed in line with approved designs, maintaining high-quality standards, and timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement interior fit-out projects according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise daily activities on site, ensuring adherence to the project schedule.
• Coordinate effectively with designers, clients, contractors, craftsmen, electricians, plumbers, and other suppliers.
• Monitor workmanship quality and enforce premium finishing standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports, updating stakeholders on project status.
• Perform site measurements to verify dimensions prior to execution.
• Plan material needs, manage procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Ensure projects are completed within assigned timelines and financial parameters.
• Identify and resolve site-related challenges proactively.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including schedules and site records.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and organizational guidelines.
• Participate in client meetings providing regular project updates.

Skills and Experience

• Experience managing site execution for residential and commercial interiors.
• Comprehensive understanding of modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, false ceilings, flooring, painting, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and civil finishes.
• Proficient in reading AutoCAD and interior working drawings.
• Strong project coordination and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications

Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred experience of 2 to 5 years in interior site execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in residential interior projects is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership and client management skills.
• Capacity to work independently and adhere to project deadlines.
• Availability for immediate joining.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
