Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Interior Execution Engineer to oversee and implement interior finishing tasks for both residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves ensuring project execution aligns accurately with approved designs, specifications, and quality requirements, while maintaining coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out interior work at project sites.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure all executions adhere strictly to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and established quality protocols.
• Manage diverse interior activities including false ceilings, flooring and wall finishes, painting, modular works, furniture and fixtures, woodwork, glass and aluminium applications, electrical and lighting coordination, as well as plumbing and sanitary alignments.
• Produce daily progress updates and maintain comprehensive site records.
• Oversee manpower deployment, material availability, and workflow progression.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks and swiftly address any defects or issues.
• Liaise with procurement teams and vendors to assure timely material supply.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and approve contractor billing accurately.
• Maintain construction timelines and promptly report any delays to management.
• Uphold strict safety and housekeeping standards on site.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design-related field.
• Between 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in interior execution and finishing works.
• Strong expertise in interpreting interior drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications.
• Proven vendor and contractor management capabilities.
• Proficient knowledge in site measurement, billing processes, and quality inspections.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills focused on quality and timeliness.

Working Conditions

• Work location: Lucknow
• Working hours: 10:30 AM to 07:00 PM
• Work days: 6 days per week
