Role Summary

This role entails executing service activities of low to medium complexity in strict accordance with ABB's standardized procedures, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols. Daily responsibilities include effective planning and completion of tasks with a focus on first-time accuracy in collaboration with customers, exhibiting urgency and care within your scope.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with customers onsite to identify operational improvement opportunities and resolve challenges.
• Conduct field service operations including diagnosis and analysis either remotely or onsite across service categories and products.
• Prepare and verify lists of required materials, parts, and equipment ensuring availability and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process malfunctions, initiate preventive corrective measures, and offer improvement suggestions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 or more years of experience servicing Instrumentation products.
• Degree or diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
• Solid understanding of ABB’s product range.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capability to work effectively within a diverse, multinational team.
• Possession of a valid Qatar driving license or eligibility to obtain one.

Work Model and Location

This position requires onsite presence in Doha, Qatar, supporting process automation initiatives.
