Job description
About the Company and Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known chemical company based in India. The role is for an Instrument Engineer (System Engineer) stationed at Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming and maintaining Distributed Control Systems (DCS), specifically with experience in Yokogawa DCS preferred.
- Troubleshooting issues related to DCS systems effectively.
- Handling and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems.
- Conducting preventive maintenance activities to optimize system performance.
- Working knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and ProfNet.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Between 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
