Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Instagram Reels Content Creator to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. This role requires someone who knows how to craft videos that capture attention instantly and engage viewers effectively to boost outreach, interaction, and lead generation. The position involves ideating, filming, editing, and publishing top-notch Reels that resonate with our brand's voice and target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, write scripts, film, and edit Instagram Reels that align with our brand identity and audience preferences.
- Utilize trending video formats, smooth transitions, compelling hooks, and pacing methods to increase viewer retention and shareability.
- Organize and maintain a content schedule that supports marketing objectives.
- Evaluate performance metrics such as reach, viewer retention, saves, and shares to refine content strategy.
- Keep abreast of Instagram platform updates, algorithm shifts, popular trends, audio, and editing techniques.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure content complements ongoing promotions and product launches.
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience producing Instagram Reels with documented success in audience engagement (portfolio submission required).
- Proficiency in video editing software including CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or equivalents.
- Strong creative instincts and storytelling skills capable of transforming simple ideas into dynamic, scroll-stopping content.
- Familiarity with crafting hooks, setting pacing, writing captions, and leveraging trends to organically grow audience reach.
- Basic understanding of Instagram analytics and how to track content effectiveness.
- Highly motivated, trend-savvy, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using AI-based content creation tools such as voiceover, avatars, or AI video generators.
- Basic graphic design abilities, particularly with Canva.
- Background working within startups or rapidly evolving brand environments is advantageous.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000.
