About the Role
Home First Finance Company, a listed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), is recruiting for the position of Inside Sales Executive (Presales Executive) for home loans. This is an on-payroll opportunity based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both outbound and inbound customer calls.
- Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads for home loan products.
- Support the sales team by driving lead conversions effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and perform regular follow-ups.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Strong communication skills required in either Hindi or English language.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between 15,000 to 23,000 INR including fixed pay and incentives.
- Employment on company payroll with statutory benefits such as Provident Fund (PF).
