About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Import Executive to oversee comprehensive import operations within Tanzania. This role demands hands-on expertise managing import documentation, customs clearance, and coordinating shipments while adhering strictly to local import regulations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ practical experience in import operations across any industry sector.
• Demonstrable hands-on knowledge of import procedures specific to Tanzania.
• In-depth understanding of TISEZA and EPZA regulations along with compliance requisites.
• Proficiency in handling customs clearance processes, import documentation, and logistics coordination with freight providers.
• Capability to liaise effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs officials, and internal teams to facilitate smooth import workflows.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and aptitude for resolving operational challenges efficiently.
