Role Overview

The Implementation Specialist position supports the Professional Services team by configuring and maintaining document composition systems and data-processing software. This role involves analyzing and transforming client data, creating workflows and templates for print and digital formats, automating validation and processing steps, and troubleshooting throughout testing and deployment phases. Clients come from diverse sectors including financial services, insurance, utilities, and government. The environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines requiring adept technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Configure document processing applications such as ECM, API integrations, e-notifications, and document archiving.
Assist clients with API portal integrations involving Doxim products and related services.
Design, develop, and maintain statement composition projects, especially for small to mid-sized implementations.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure solutions fulfill specified requirements.
Apply software development lifecycle knowledge and best practices to achieve quality project outcomes.
Participate collaboratively in cross-functional project teams with understanding of roles across the project lifecycle.
Interpret client documentation to create scalable, maintainable document layouts.
Work with project teams to gather requirements and tailor product implementations accordingly.
Proactively identify client commitments and risks while maintaining transparent communication.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide application support, and deliver basic end-user training.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, XML/XSL, CSS, and at least one programming language from Java, C#, .NET, or batch processing.
Knowledge of web applications, XML web services, or web servers is advantageous.
Experience in relational data modeling and strong SQL skills, preferably with MS SQL Server or similar DBMS.
Expertise in responsive HTML email development, Quadient Inspire, and XSLT coding.
Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, C# programming, and accessibility standards.
Skills in Litmus testing, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), FTP, and remote desktop connections.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.

Physical and Work Conditions

Extended periods of sitting with frequent use of keyboard and mouse.
Occasional extended hours may be necessary for deployments or resolving incidents.

Additional Information

Recommended experience of 3 or more years.
Travel requirement is minimal, around 0-10%.
Exempt status under FLSA regulations.
