Immigration Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Manager to oversee and direct all aspects of immigration, visa, work permit, and employee mobility operations throughout our UAE branch. The position demands effective stakeholder collaboration, comprehensive understanding of UAE's immigration and labor laws, and the capability to handle complex immigration matters while facilitating business expansion and workforce relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete immigration and visa procedures for employees, contractors, and their dependents.
• Ensure adherence to immigration, labor, and governmental regulations across all operating jurisdictions.
• Stay updated with immigration legislation changes and apply necessary process enhancements proactively.
• Maintain precise immigration files, documents, and audit logs.
• Coordinate international deployments, employee relocations, and transfers.
• Advise both employees and hiring managers regarding visa prerequisites, work permits, and residency guidelines.
• Supervise the Public Relations Officer (PRO) team and oversee visa processing and communications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Between 5 and 8 years of experience in immigration management, global mobility, or employee services.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE's immigration laws, labor codes, and government procedures.
• Experience managing international immigration cases and cross-border workforce mobility strategies.
• Proven track record in liaising with government bodies and third-party immigration service providers.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle several priorities efficiently.
