About the Role

Seed Media is seeking an HR Manager in Bhopal to own the full range of human resources activities for the company. This is a practical, hands-on position focused on building the team, supporting a healthy workplace culture, and keeping daily HR operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to hiring and onboarding.
• Track attendance, leave balances, and all essential HR records and documentation.
• Oversee monthly payroll coordination, salary processing, reimbursements, and HR compliance tasks.
• Handle onboarding, confirmations, exits, and the full employee life cycle.
• Create, improve, and implement HR policies, processes, and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with department leaders to identify hiring requirements and support team building.
• Respond to employee questions and help maintain a positive employee experience.
• Plan team activities, celebrations, and other engagement programs.
• Maintain personnel files, offer letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.
• Keep HR operations running smoothly and refine processes as the company scales.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, attendance tracking, employee records, HR operations, and recruitment.
• Experience in a startup, digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media company, or another fast-moving workplace is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Self-motivated mindset with a genuine interest in working with people and building teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ownership of outcomes.
