Human Resources Generalist

Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist with 4 to 7 years of experience to efficiently manage daily HR operations including employee affairs, payroll, and compliance with government regulations. Experience with the Jesr system is mandatory. The employer operates within the hotel and contracting industries, and prior experience in the hotel sector is preferred.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage attendance and departure records and review violations.
• Prepare and review payroll processes including cash payments, ensuring compliance with wage protection regulations.
• Handle employee file management including additions, updates, terminations, and clearance procedures.
• Utilize the Qiwa platform to manage contracts, recruitment, and service follow-ups.
• Follow up on work permits, residency, visas, and coordinate with government entities.
• Administer medical insurance including adding, removing, and renewing employee coverage.
• Implement recruitment activities such as advertisement, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Develop leave plans, manage leave balances, and oversee end-of-service settlements.
• Track performance evaluations, salary increments, and promotions.
• Prepare and maintain departmental reports using Excel and Word for senior management review.
• Issue internal memos and communications for employees.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience ranging from 4 to 7 years in the human resources field.
• Proficiency in using Jesr system is a fundamental requirement.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Word.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and governmental platforms including Qiwa, social insurance, and Mudad.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Experience in the hotel industry is an added advantage.
